1. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years of age to use our platform.

Access is prohibited from jurisdictions under international sanctions.

2. Accounts

Each individual is permitted only one account.

The use of multiple accounts, fake identities, VPNs, proxies, emulators, RDPs, or bots to bypass our systems is strictly forbidden.

Suspicious or fraudulent activity will result in account suspension and forfeiture of rewards or generated content access.

3. Services Provided 3.1 AI Studio

Lunairo provides AI-powered tools to generate images, videos, and creative content.

Content generated must comply with applicable laws; prohibited uses include hateful, violent, pornographic, or illegal material.

Lunairo reserves the right to remove content and restrict access to protect users and partners.

3.2 Earn Program & Partner Offers

Users may participate in surveys, offers, and tasks to earn rewards.

Offers must be completed genuinely by the registered user. Automated completion, fake data, or fraudulent activity is not allowed.

Partner networks verify all activity; unverified or fraudulent actions will not be rewarded.

4. Rewards and Payments

Rewards are only valid after successful verification by our partners.

Payouts may be made via PayPal, prepaid virtual Visa cards, or gift cards, subject to the terms of each payment provider.

Lunairo reserves the right to withhold or reverse payments in cases of fraud or policy violations.

5. Intellectual Property

The Lunairo brand, website design, software code, and platform content are the exclusive property of Lunairo.

AI-generated content is licensed to the user for personal or commercial use, subject to the applicable license terms.

Lunairo may use anonymized generated content for service improvement and promotional purposes.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts without prior notice if:

Fraudulent, abusive, or harmful behavior is detected.

Users violate these Terms or attempt to exploit the system.

Required by law or at the request of advertising/payment partners.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Services are provided “as is” with no guarantees of specific outcomes, financial or creative.

Lunairo is not responsible for service interruptions, offer rejections, or third-party failures.
